Hotel Policies

Payment in full is due upon check-in.

Dogs are accepted in some buildings but must be registered and approved when you book your room. Please be prepared to take your pet with you when you go on day trips, or if necessary a dog may be left in the room if crated and if well-mannered and not causing a disturbance for other guests. If you are out for several hours and leave your dog in your room, you must leave a cell phone on file with the Front Desk so that we may reach you if needed.

$20 fee per pet, per night (maximum of two). Dogs larger than 50 pounds will not be accepted. Cats and other animals are not accepted.

Cancellation policy is 24 hours.

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. A valid credit (not debit) card must be on file in order to rent a room.

By law, all Michigan hotel rooms are non-smoking. All types of smoking are prohibited. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is violated. Since rooms are non-smoking and balconies are in close proximity to your room and those of other guests, please do NOT smoke on hotel balconies.

Check-in begins at 3 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m.
Depending on availability, requests for early check-in will be considered, but early check-in is not guaranteed. If you have luggage to drop off before your room is ready for occupancy, we will be happy to store it in a secure area for you.

Standard cancellation policy is 24 hours.
Some special events weekends require longer cancellation notice. If applicable, this will be noted on your reservation confirmation.
